You may return your candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not accept returns of candles that have been lit, or that do not contain the original box in its original condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, candle arrived damaged etc.). However, if the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns of candles that display the natural colour changes associated with the chosen fragrance containing vanillin.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account via the Sign In link at the top right of this page using the original email you used to make the order. Alternately you can email support@epiccandles.com.au.
All our candles are custom made to order and will be shipped to you from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
A must have for candle lovers! This wick trimmer allows you to remove the burn out ends of wicks, but prevents it from falling in the wax pool. By using a wick trimmer (instead of scissors) to trim wicks, you keep your wax pool clean of sooty debris.
Available in Standard and Legendary sizes.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

| Wax Pool | Epic candles need time to burn to the edge of the vessel. Keep candle lit long enough (3-5 hours) to ensure the entire top of the candle is melted to the edges |
| Prevent tunnelling | Ensure you burn all five wicks at once to prevent tunnelling |
| Safety | Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children and pets |
| Keep Clean | Use a soft cloth to clean the glass regularly and remove wax and soot buildup |
| Keep Covered | Keep your candle covered with its wood lid to preserve the fragrance and reduce yellowing that occurs with fragrances containing vanillin |
