You may return your candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not accept returns of candles that have been lit, or that do not contain the original box in its original condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, candle arrived damaged etc.). However, if the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns of candles that display the natural colour changes associated with the chosen fragrance containing vanillin.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All our candles are custom made to order and will be shipped to you from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
An elegant and sturdy lid made from beechwood, this lid fits both Epic Standard and Legendary.
A candle lid preserves the fragrance and assists to reduce yellowing that occurs with fragrances that contain a compound called vanillin. While it may not completely eliminate yellowing (which can also occur due to the fragrance reacting with light), a lid can slow down the chemical reaction by reducing the candles contact with oxygen in the air.
Our lids are both elegant and functional and can be re-used if you choose to order more candles from us. They also make great hot plates!

You may return your Epic candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Candles must not have been burned and must be returned in their original packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, item arrived damaged etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
